[Loadstone] Dictation, battery life, and Three Checkpoint Questions

This isn't quite right. On my 5s running IOS 10.3 if I switch airplane mode 
on I don't have access to dictation. This would seem to indicate that at 
least on that device dictation needs an internet connection. Maybe other 
devices are different.
