[Loadstone] how to get a coordinates for specific point in OSM

How is the link to get data by civic location broken? I see errors in the 
web logs sometimes about this but can't reproduce them locally. I'd be 
interested in knowing what happens when you try to use this and what your 
configuration is and what you do that causes an error.
