[Loadstone] finding addresses by osm

I'm not sure what you mean with "similar to google online tools".
If you speak about searching for an address in your browser like the
search box on google maps or google, look at e.g.
nominatim.openstreetmap.org (or the search box on openstreetmap.org
which is backed by the same software nominatim).
If you talk about searching in the data yourself (searching in an
extract or writing your own tools to use addresses in loadstone):
addresses are in most cases stored in osm as a set of attributes (tags)
prefixed by addr:, so addr:street is the streets name - and analog with
addr:housenumber, addr:city, addr:country and addr:postcode (sometimes
in some areas there might be addr:county as well).
In rare cases or where that's not fitting the address scheme, sometimes
addr:full is used (which might be used in addition to the other tags,
but not very frequently).
These adresses are usually on nodes or (mostly closed) ways, that
describe pure addresses, shops, companies or anything else that might
have an address.
The question that's left to give you the answer you want is: what do you
want to do? What's your use case? What did/do you do with google where
you want to have an alternative using OSM?
