  Subject: [Loadstone] Handling POI's

  Hello

The GRoute made it possible to store POI which it picked from Google Maps.

Was wondering if we could have more functionality in handling POI's. The key 0 which toggles between exploration, navigation mode could have 1 more level for POI's.

On selecting the select key it could be made to announce the nearest POI in all the 4 direction. This would help the user to know his point on earth with better granularity.

Other keys may be assigned tasks for changing categories, adding POI working out turn-turn direction using tools like GRoute. Dialing number of selected POI etc.

  Regards

  Harish Kotian.
