[Loadstone] Data processing error in off-line tool

For some reason you have a comma (,) at the beginning of the string after 
the first quote. If the processer was working right this wouldn't matter but 
as it is this is probably confusing it. A point name shouldn't start with a 
comma anyway so you have some bad data from somewhere.
