[Loadstone] Hello, who knows, how to create manually a checkpoints file?

If you want to do this then look at the file_formats file that comes with 
the loadstone source code, it'll tell you all about the propper file format. 
Every point id should be unique. If they're not then that's probably the 
problem with your file. The userid should match your userid.
