[Loadstone] Best Way to get Loadstone database data

I used Loadstone a while ago, but it's been a while, and I know some
things have changed, and there are new features in the latest
Loadstone. So I was wondering, can someone tell me the best way to get
POI's in a Loadstone database? There used to be the Point Share
Exchange site, but that site seems to be broken. Can someone else
please give me some suggestions?
