[Loadstone] large .osm maps

HI, I was going to post that in my last post it leaves me a little clueless with the zip folder.

  I'm new to loadstone but find it fascinating as well as useful of course.
  I would like to download and convert a reasonably large osm map to a loadstone database. So, I downloaded the loadstone zip file as directed, Fine, but how do you use this to convert a large map? I can find nothing in the download that tells me how to do this. would much appreciate help.
