[Loadstone] Duplicates

Hello,
How does Loadstone behave while importing, approaching and arriving, if there are two points of identical coordinates, but of different names?
Also, what will the database reprocessor do, if it finds points of the same names but of different coordinates? Will it remove all occurences of that point except the first one, or it will leave a point of better quality (more satellites, better accuracy)? If so, then it would be fantastifc.
