[Loadstone] next steps

so, i bought a good gps with a nice chipset, supposedly the successor to 
the freedom gps 2000 keychain thingy, now i've got to wait to get it.
now what i need is a nice way to get the most accurate database of 
points, and not just streets and intersections. i'd like stores, 
restaurants, the entire lot. the most accurate db i can get the better 
off i'll be.
i'll need help acquiring this and sending it to my phone so loadstone 
can have a go with it.
so while i wait for the reciever to get here, what's the next step?
