[Loadstone] check points in loaded data base?

Hi list.  I've converted an area and loaded it into loadstone.  My questions are, non of the points are actually checked, so do I have to manually go through and check all the points I want announcing? What if I want the majority to be checked...this will surely take forever, as there are hundreds of points.  Sorry if these are basic questions, but I can't seem to find the answer.  Cheers Steve.
