[Loadstone] New version of the python tools (0.3)

Hi Lex,

Ultimately anyone can store their points however they wish but it is our 
observation that most Loadstone users split up their databases by category 
for organisation purposes and speed.  Plus as Shawn says it can make a bit 
of a mess of the PointShare Exchange.
