[Loadstone] adding new point problem

This is absolutely correct. The latitude and longitude values are decimal 
numbers, not integers. The range for latitude is -90.0 to +90.0 and for 
longitude -180.0 to +180.0. The fields will make sure you don't enter 
numbers outside that range.
