[Loadstone] converting .osm files larger then two mb

I tried using the open street map converter tool to convert a .osm file 
to loadstone format. Unfortionately the file I want to convert is 2.8 
mb, while the limit for the online tool appears to be two mb. Is there a 
way to convert this file to loadstone format?
