I'm familiar with the syntax, the problem with the link you provide is that 
the XML is parsed in some browsers (among  which IE) and that's not what we 
want. As an inbetween solution I've provided a 'direct download' link that 
offers a downloadable XML file (data.osm) that uses the API 0.5 data (as 
long as it works). I'd appreciate feedback if this link doesn't work.
