[Loadstone] how to register

Hello there, I just literally found out about Loadstone about an hour 
ago, and wanted to subscribe to the pointshare site and it wouldn't 
accept my registration.
I gave my e-mail address, and then my proposed password, and confirmed 
my password and got an error and was not able to register.  any 
direction  welcome, I looked in the documentation, but found no help on 
this there.
