[Loadstone] I-Blue 737A+

I just picked this receiver up.  It seems pretty good.  Has anybody installed assisted GPS on it?  If so, I have two questions.  

First, when I try and connect it to my computer, I get a message saying the software has not passed some testing with Windows XP.  Should that cause a problem?

Second, does some have or know where I can find a clear English explanation of how to install assisted GPS?
