[Loadstone] Point share Question

I'm having the same problem with my User ID not being accepted.  I have set
my ID in loadstone to be the same as my login ID on point share.  Any ideas?

I tried to upload a database to the point share exchange.  I set all points
to public status.  I got the following error.  w: (3) Permission denied for
import of userid 3893.  What can I do about that?
