[Loadstone] Loadstone compilation and sis signing.

You have to look at loadstone.mmp in the group-s60_31 directory. You do need 
a devcert for the required capabilities. Maybe opensigned would work but I 
haven't personally tried this.
I hate to say it but maybe jail breaking your phone would be the best 
option. Symbian has made the signing process so complicated this might just 
be easier and have a better chance of success.
