[Loadstone] Nautical units

While this is probably correct it seems like a cable would be rather 
impractical for use here. It would be like measuring small distances in 
kilometres rather than metres. You'd probably have to go up to three decimal 
places to get numbers that were even remotely usable at short distances.
As far as the decimal separater goes, it's set at a program level when 
loadstone starts. Unfortunately it effects all number formatting not just 
the display. This is part of symbian and is rather annoying. This also means 
that for the time being it's not going to be possible to set the decimal 
separator for display purposes.
