[Loadstone] Comparing cold/warm/hot start

As far as I know, hot start is just the quickest restart, warm is halfway, 
and cold restart is a complete restart/reset of the unit.

They all have their better reasons/situations to apply them, but I'd 
generally rather go for the complete, cold start if it suits the situation 
since it's more _reliable_.
