The off-line tools have been updated:

- Larger file handling (8MB).
(only for the off-line version, the on-line tools are limited to files of 2 MB)
- Improved UTF-8 compliance.
- Improved geometric calculation.
- Improved Breadcrumb Generator/Receiver tester.
- Improved OSM converter.
- Improved Database re-processor.
