[Loadstone] MTK chipsets

Hello, all!

I'd like to contribute a patch, that provides some support for the
MTK-based GPS receivers. With this patch Loadstone automatically
detects chipset on startup and sends correct commands to the receiver
depending on it's chipset. Moreover, on the MTK-based receivers it is
possible to see if the command was actually accepted and executed.
