[Loadstone] Loadstone enhancements (updated)

This is just one of the choices offered by phones with an internal gps. 
Loadstone can currently use the internal gps so the assisted gps should work 
as well but hasn't been tested as far as I know. I think this only speeds up 
time to get a signal fix so not sure how much good it would really do.
