[Loadstone] Load Stone Point Share

I was having trouble with the Load Stone Point Share Web Site attempting to 
download from the, "Get data by civic location Link".  I am able to log-in, 
and when I select the above link the Combo Boxes for country, state & county 
are empty with no choices.  I have tried with IE 8 as well as Firefox 3.5 
with the same results of not being able to interact with the combo boxes.



Does anyone have experience with this?
