[Loadstone] Too large osm file and wikiproject

Go to the Loadstone tools page, select the GeoCoder and search for Sao 
Paulo, Brazil. Fill in the size of the box (25 means 25 by 25 KM). On the 
result page click on the first download link. If the OSM server is down try 
again later.
