[Loadstone] selecting points by "civic location"

You're not missing anything, this feature of the point share site is simply 
broken. It may work with older versions of internet explorer but has been 
confirmed to fail on firefox for sure and probably the newer versions of 
internet explorer. Hopefully this will get fixed in the near future.
