[Loadstone] using celltrack databases to name masts?

Hello,
you probably allready heard about software called celltrack - it can 
display info about current cell with provided pictures and comments etc.
In Czech Repubolic (and certainly in other countries), there are sites 
with lists of bts allso in celltrack format.
On czech web, the comments say, where is mast positioned with useful 
info, for example if it's near some shop, there may be opening info etc.
Would it be possible for loadstone to take that info from some kind of 
database?
How is actually naming of cells done? I can't see any files for it or so.
