[Loadstone] Nokia E61, Loadstone and Circumventing Menus

Unfortunately, it does not work on the E61, or at least not on my E61. No
matter what key I press, the unit is silent. The only way I can make use of
the Loadstone software is to go through the menus, though the five-way
"joystick"-type of button does work.

This should work on the qwerty style keyboard, use the keys 1 2 3 for the
numbers 1 2 3, keys q w e for 4 5 6, keys a s d for 7 8 9 and keys z x c for
* 0 #. This works on my e70 so it should work on the e61 but may not have
been tested on that specific model of phone.
