[Loadstone] Sluggish signal; problem with database import

The no signal condition is your receiver, Loadstone can only work with the 
data it's getting.
The import error just could be on line 123 of the file you're trying to 
import. There were probably more errors after that and the warnings made it 
seem like a constant beep.
