[Loadstone] Special characters rejected by POI2LoadStone converter

Here's how the POI converter builds a LS line:

name: Point name in quotes.
latitude: Decimal format times 10000000
longitude: Decimal format times 10000000
accuracy: 2
satellites: 4
priority: 2
userid: User ID.
id: Unix timestamp minus 315360000 (minus 10 years)
