[Loadstone] Off-line LS tools for Windows

Hi Logan,

An off-line version of the Loadstone GPS tools that runs on a Windows 
computer can be downloaded from:
http://www.rmpro-hosting.com/LS/loadstone.zip
Unpack the .zip file to your hard disk and run 'loadstone.exe' or make a 
shortcut on the desktop to that file and please let me know if this works 
for you.
