[Loadstone] Question on file explorer and file manager

For third edition phones I'd suggest using ybrowser. It works a bit better 
than fexplorer and has plugins for accessing things like the inbox.
For first and second edition phones I'd use fexplorer thoe since it seems to 
do everything you'd need of a file manager.
