[Loadstone] (OT) sunrise/sunset calculator

Since the idea of the sun rise/set/azimuth calculator seems to be a good 
idea to some people, would having a moon phase calculator be of any use? I 
actually have code that can do this and it probably wouldn't be too hard to 
port.
