[Loadstone] Loadstone GPS V0.69 1st and 2nd editions

This is normal, the version numbers haven't changed, there's just been a 
small tweak to the files. If things are working propperly for you then you 
probably don't need a redownload. If things aren't working propperly, 
consistant crashes etc. then try redownloading and it should solve the 
problem.
