Well when it comes to internet charges here, we have the option with most
cel carriers to pay a flat monthly rate for unlimited internet access.  This
works out well for WF Access.

Anyway, it's a pity you cannot buy a license eg. only for your country. It
would be cheap.
What's more, Internet via roaming is also expensive.
