[Loadstone] Time when not connected

Hi Shawn!
I'd say most people have their phone's clock synchronised to GPS time,
cause it makes sense. So if you  return the phone's time when not
connected, that would be pretty accurate. For me it's important to be
able to check the time, regardless of where it's obtained from.

Well, the clock function is to return the gps time. It could read the 
phone's time if not connected but that's not what it's for.
