[Loadstone] Last Position Editing Question

I want to edit the last position file in Loadstone to explore a database 
hundreds of miles from where I am now.  I copied the file to my computer as 
part of that process.  I want a backup of the original data in case 
something goes wrong.

I opened the file using Notepad and got the coordinates listed below.

44.966005
-93.336517

I thought Loadstone did not use decimal notation.  Is that correct?
