Lower is the accuracy value, better is fix received from satellites.
In my experience, but it's just mine, I though you may take the accuracy 
number, increase it per 10 times and you'll have the maximum number of 
meters GPS error.
So, if you're having accuracy = 1.2, your position might be 12 meters around 
your real position.
