[Loadstone] Loadstone and Adnota screen reader

Glad to see there's another screen reader available. Maybe it's not being 
maintained? The last information on the site seems to be from December 2005. 
Loadstone is using a standard symbian api for all its output so that program 
must not support it. This would probably make a lot of programs not speak 
correctly.
