[Loadstone] UTF-8 Corrections Question

The message in the POI Converter that mentions X UTF-8 corrections tells a
user that the converter found characters in the name fields in the input
file that were not UTF-8 encoded (Loadstone works with this encoding. ).
This usually concerns accented characters. It's also a warning that the
input file was not a UTF-8 encoded file in the first place. To avoid this
message users should save an input file first as UTF-8 before submitting it
to the converter. This can be done by opening the file in Wordpad and
saving it again using the UTF-8 encoding setting. But the converter is also
capable to do some corrections by itself. As long as your input file is
made in the US or Western Europe.
