[Loadstone] PKCS No 10

I'm a complete beginner at this signing thing and would like a little guidance, want to get Loadstone, got talks, got 
receiver, I'm so close yet so far.  
Got my signed account set up, but can't download my certificate.  Please please, how do I proceed?
