Hello Martin,
what editor are you using to manually edit your text file? Windows notepad 
does not produce correct utf8 characters. Loadstone cannot import files that 
you have saved with notepad or wordpad.

So first you need a correct userid in your new data record. Second you will 
have to save the text file with an editor that produces correct utf8 output 
or you need a conversion tool from ansi to utf8.
