You probably have too many points. I think your 6680 has 10 MB of integrated
memory wich is used for its drive C and as system RAM simultaneously. During
the import process the database becomes temporarily very large before it is
compressed finally.
You can use a smaler radius resulting in less points, or you can built the
database itself on your memory card. Normally it is built on drive c wich
gets full in your situation.
Create a new database file. But do not create it in the suggested folder.
Use the Slash instead to move up in the directory hierarchy. Repeat this
until you reach the top level hierarchy where you can select between drive c
and your memory card. Enter your memory card and do create the new database
file there.
Now start importing your points. But be warned. The memory card works much
slower than the integrated memory. The process will be extremely slow. Start
it when you go to bed and hope it will be finished when you wake up next
morning.
