[Loadstone] Auto label cells feature

Hi Brett,

When the Auto Label Cell feature is switched on, it will only label cells 
that are not already named.  So, no it won't over-write a cell you have 
previously labeled.

Also, your GPS receiver does need to have a signal in order for this to 
work.
