[Loadstone] adding POIS from POI factory.com

I'm really not an access or excell person so I' need a bunch of
handholding, or a script. I'd be willing to do it for myself though if
there were a script.

Shawn said that the files he downloaded looked good so an online tool
for this would work for those.
