[Loadstone] Start and stop tracking.

Hi all, I just wish some explanation more about the feature Start enter and 
stop... or something like this, sorry but I don't remember how is it in 
english cause I'm using a translated version.
It seems a feature to track a path but it does sort any effect apparently. 
Is it already implemented? How is it works?

Does the features record and play audio memos are still out of run?
