About Loadstone	English (USA)
The primary purpose of the Loadstone mailing list is to facilitate general discussion relating to the Loadstone GPS navigation program. It is hoped that this forum will allow potential users, existing users and developers to discuss various aspects of the program including: (but not limited to) -Usage tips -Usage testimonials -Usage comments -Program comments -program feature requests -program bugs -Point of interest (Point) and map sharing In addition, we feel it is important to compare, contrast and comment on general GPS issues including other GPS navigational products both for the mainstream and blind communities. The idea here isn't to particularly preach or market Loadstone-GPS as we believe that all GPS navigational products have their place in the community and that different products help different users. If it emerges that Loadstone-GPS works for you, then great! If you need a more powerful/feature-rich product to meet your needs, then hopefully a list contributor can assist with information. The goal is to help others (like ourselves) realise greater independence through GPS technology. Using Loadstone
To post a message to all the list members, send email to loadstone@loadstone-gps.com. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Loadstone
Subscribe to Loadstone by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
